NECA Excellence Awards

The Excellence Awards are the ultimate showcase for the electrical and communication industry in Australia. They celebrate excellence in both technology, innovation and managerial expertise. Importantly, the Awards provide an opportunity to demonstrate these successes to clients, government, the industry and the wider community.

Apprentice of the Year

NECA recognises the training of high quality apprentices as necessary to ensure a bright future for the industry.

NECA has been involved with apprentice awards for three decases, and we will continure to work to ensure a high level of awareness and respect for electrical and communications apprentices and their employers in the future.

The Awards show that electrical and communications contractors are not only installers, but are the designers, specifiers, project managers and often, the financiers of projects as well.

The nature of the projects to be presented to the Awards selection panel will be examples of the technical and commercial excellence in contracting in our sector of industry. Entries will demonstrate an understanding of the need to stay at the forefront of technology and to provide effective and efficient service.

As we move into an increasingly dynamic marketplace and experience the effects of rapidly changing technologies and management techniques, NECA look forward to recognising and rewarding those companies that are outstanding examples of flexibility, innovation and competitiveness.
